Sarah's Little Message

Sarah left me the sweetest surprise the other day.

Sarah has a couple of midterms coming up and she need a lot of help to study for them. She then asked me if she could borrow my laptop. I let her borrow it even though I had lots of homework to do over the weekend.

After spending her whole day at a cafe with wifi internet, she then returned the laptop to me and thanked more letting her borrow it.

The next day, I opened my laptop to use it for my first class. When I opened it, I noticed a word document titled "A Breakup Message for Truth."

Worried by the title I opened and read the message.

To my surprise, the letter wasn't a breakup letter. Instead it was a thank you letter that express your deepest gratitude towards me.

My Sweetheart is always full of surprises.

Spring Break Beach Trip

Sarah and I went to Sunset State Beach on Wednesday, just to relax ourselves from the outside world. It was great.

First, we started our trip by eating some food from the neighborhood Chile's. I ordered the typical Monterey Chicken while Sarah ordered a combo including Monterey Chicken and Tilapia. Afterwards we went to Sunset Beach for a bit of relaxation. I drove Sarah's car while she navigated the directions through her Iphone. We got there around 3 o' clock. The reason why we chose this beach rather than Santa Cruz was because it was more quiet and there is less people. When we got there, we set up out towels away from the other people. Sarah brought her Tagalog pocket book and a couple bags of Salt and Vinegar potato chips. She basically lied on the beach and read her pocket book the whole time. She was able to read a whole pocket book to herself. I, on the other hand, went playing around in the water. Everything was perfect except the fact that it was an extremely cold and windy day. The wind along with the cold water, made it hard to stay in the water for long periods of time, but that did not stop me from having fun. I stilled played in the ice-cold ocean water can continued to collect shells for Sarah. I was able to collect at least 10 shells. After spending two hours, Sarah decided to call it quits. She could not stand the weather conditions. After I changed my clothes in the bathroom, Sarah and I then drove home. It was a very relaxing trip. I was able to forget all the woes that have been troubling me at school and work. Going to the beach with Sarah is definitely one of favorite places.

Me and Sarah weren't able to take pictures, but I have pictures from our 2nd Anniversary trip to Santa Cruz.

The Warriors' Game Today

Man... I'm really excited. I'm already wearing my Baron Davis jersey. She is excited, I'm excited, it's going to be a great night.

Tonight, we are going to watch the Warriors play the Hawks. The Hawks are a decent east coast team, but I believe the Warriors can pull it off. The only problem is that Andris Biedrins is out with an appendetomy. Also, Stephen Jackson is also recovering from his injury against the Jazz Tuesday night. Hopefully we will come out with a "W" on this one.

I bought Courtside tickets to this game.

Belated Valentine's Day Blog

For Valentine's Day, I decided to do something new for my sweetheart. For this year, I decided to do a scavenger for Sarah. My scavenger hunt had several steps. I planned to put notes and cards in Sarah's bathroom, house, and her car. First, I planned to have Sarah's sister put a bouquet of flowers in the bathroon. The reason why I wanted the flowers in the bathroom first was because I believed the bathroom is the first place women go as soon as they wake up. Next, I planned to leave a note in her mailbox, then the windshield of her car. After that, I planned to leave her a message on her Myspace that would direct her to cd compartment in her car. Afterwards, she would find a CD, that includes a personalized message, that would ask her to look into the glove compartment. Within the glove compartment, she should find two tickets to the Warriors' game next Friday. Sure sounds like surefire plan, but boy did it end lopesided.

After waking up around 7:00 am, I went directly to the grocery store and bought a dozen roses. After I purchased the flowers, I called Sarah's sister, only to be greeted with an answering machine. I called several times hoping for her to pick up but to my disappointment, she did not. I then called her brother and met the same fate. Her brother, which currently goes to Rancho Middle School, attends his classes around 8:30 am. Since Sarah usually wakes up around 10:30 am, I decided to camp in front of Sarah's house and wait for her brother to exit. After waiting an hour, I finally saw him open the door. I then approached him and asked him to place the roses and a card within their upstairs bathroom. After completing the tasks, her brother bid his farewell and started walking towards his school. After he left, I silently crept to the front porch of Sarah's house and placed the notes at the right places. After all was complete, I drove and home prepared myself for school.

Later on that day, I recieved a text message from Sarah. She said she mixed up the order of the scavenger hunt. Sarah said instead of starting at the bathroom, she starte by cleaning her car. Yup that's right, on Valentine's Day. As she was cleaning the car, she then found one of the notes in the trunk, which then direct her to the CD compartment of her car. Sarah then open the glove compartment, mistakenly for the CD compartment, and found the tickets. She later on found the roses in the bathroom after she decied to take a shower. Sarah also said that the other notes I left for her, the note in the mailbox and on her car's windshield, were not there. Apparantly, her father must of found them and took them. Sucks!!! I makes me wonder what her dad must be thinking as he opened those letters. Ohh Well... at least Sarah is happy she can see at least one Warriors' game this year. I'm pretty sure we will take pictures. I promise I'll post some up as soon I get any.
